These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ubet95 ("ubet95," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ubet95 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

ubet95 reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

ubet95 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ubet95 account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) hour. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond ubet95's control.

All bets placed on the ubet95 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules. The following general betting conditions apply across all ubet95 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ubet95 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, ubet95 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ubet95 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, including other users' accounts or ubet95's backend systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with ubet95.

All content on the ubet95 Platform, including but not limited to the ubet95 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ubet95 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ubet95.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond ubet95's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

ubet95 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ubet95 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that no outstanding investigations are pending. ubet95 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected prohibited conduct.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ubet95 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you.
